I decided to attempt a bit more colour work with acrylic and purchased a book by Charles Evans who has a no-nonsense approach to painting and mixing colours (I actually attended a watercolour weekend with him a few years ago and could definately reccomend it to anyone wishing to begin painting, smashing bloke). Not too bad for an early attempt.
